Service Description
CarDriftAI provides AI-powered car image transformation and animation services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Credits & Billing
CarDriftAI uses a pay-as-you-go credit model. You purchase credit packs; credits are added to your account and spent on photo and video generations. There are no recurring PRO subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Creem.
Acceptable Use
You may only upload images you have the right to use. Prohibited content includes illegal material, copyrighted images without permission, offensive content, and any NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material. You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute such content.
Intellectual Property
AI-generated images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. CarDriftAI retains rights to the underlying AI models and technology.
Limitation of Liability
CarDriftAI is provided "as is" without warranties. AI results may vary. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
