CarDriftAI sells credit packs for AI car transformations. All payments are processed securely through Creem. This policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases.
Credit Purchases
CarDriftAI uses a pay-as-you-go credit model with no recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a credit pack via Creem, credits are added to your account immediately and can be used for photo and video generations.
Refunds for Unused Credits
You may request a refund within 14 days of your credit purchase. Refunds cover only unused credits remaining on your account at the time of approval. The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the credits you have not spent. Credits already used for generations are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Used credits, fully spent credit packs, and purchases outside the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
